ABOUT LIVING WELL THERAPY SOLUTIONS
Meet Tina Galle, Occupational Therapist in Carmel, IN
I’m Tina Galle, a licensed occupational therapist in Carmel, IN with 27 years of occupational therapy experience. I founded Living Well Therapy Solutions to help people of every age live safely and confidently in the homes they love, and I’ve been providing home modification assessments since 2023.

Twenty-Seven Years of Helping People Move Through Their World
My career began in the schools. I spent five years with Wayne Township and 22 years with Carmel schools, working alongside children with physical and developmental disabilities. My job was to figure out how each child could take part in the school day as fully and safely as possible, whether that meant a different seating setup, a new way to manage the stairs, or a creative fix nobody had tried yet.
Over those years I watched students grow taller and heavier, and I saw their needs shift with them. That taught me to plan for where someone is headed, not just where they are today. It’s the same mindset I bring into every home I assess.
Why I Started Living Well
Again and again, I met families who had waited months for help or had spent money on equipment that didn’t suit their situation. In 2023 I began providing home modification assessments through Indiana Medicaid Home and Community-Based Services waivers, giving families a clinically grounded plan for their home.
Living Well is now my full-time focus. I’m expanding to serve private-pay and insurance-covered clients, especially older adults who want to age in place, while continuing the waiver work that started it all.
Credentials That Back Every Recommendation
Few home modification providers hold all of these together. Each one shapes how I evaluate your home.
Licensed Occupational Therapist
Twenty-seven years of clinical practice evaluating how people move, function, and complete daily tasks.
Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS)
Specialized training in adapting homes so older adults can remain in them safely and comfortably.
USC Executive Certificate in Home Modification
Advanced study through the USC School of Gerontology in assessing homes and recommending modifications that support independence.
Indiana Medicaid HCBS Waiver Provider
An approved provider since 2023, with hands-on experience meeting state documentation standards.
I stay current through continuing education and national home modification conferences.
How I Work with Every Family
I Come Out Quickly
You’ve likely waited long enough already. I schedule visits as soon as possible and follow through on every commitment I make.
My Recommendations Are Written for Your Loved One and Your Home
No generic checklist. I consider the person’s condition, abilities, routines, caregivers, and how their needs may change.
I Don’t Sell Products or Installations
So my only interest is what’s right for you. Take my report to any contractor and compare bids freely.
You Work with Me, Start to Finish
Living Well is a one-person practice. The person who answers your call is the person who visits your home and writes your report.
My Mission
To help older adults, people with disabilities, and their families stay safe and independent at home through thoughtful, expert home modification recommendations from an occupational therapist who cares about each client like family.
Every assessment points toward the same outcomes: fewer falls, greater independence, safer caregiving, and peace of mind for the people who love you.
From Growing Children to Aging Parents
Most home modification providers focus only on older adults. My pediatric background means I’m just as comfortable planning for a seven-year-old in a wheelchair as for a grandmother recovering from hip surgery.
I’d Love to Hear About Your Family
Whether you’re worried about Mom after a fall or planning for a child who’s outgrowing the bathroom, a short conversation is the best place to start.
